In Spring 2020, Global Data Consortium (GDC) was outgrowing their existing headquarters in Downtown Raleigh.

With a looming lease expiration and the need to hire locally as well as nationally, GDC needed to find a physical space that would promote collaboration and company values.

Furthermore, GDC required a space that was both attractive to potential new talent while allowing flexibility to grow a hybrid-remote workforce.
